ALLMI Experienced Course

This course is perfect for candidates who have previous experience of operating a lorry mounted crane, but don’t have any formal training or certification.

ALLMI Operator training is the UK’s only lorry loader training programme to be commended by the Health & Safety Executive.

What Do You Get Out Of The Course?

Upon successful completion of the course, every candidate will:

  • Receive an identity card and certificate, which are valid for five years, after which time a refresher course and assessment needs to be completed.
  • Be registered on the ALLMI Operator database.
  • Receive the ALLMI Operator’s manual, which is used as a reference guide throughout their career.

What does the course consist of?

The ALLMI Operator course consists of 15 modules, The course culminates in a written and practical examination.

The training day starts at 09:00 and finishes at 16:30 with a maximum of three students to one instructor-trainee ratio. This will enable the instructor with enough time to properly instruct operators on different types of lifts and to instruct students on the theory.
